MEDITATION IS A WAY OF LIFE 

Let’s have a millennial to millennial talk.

The term meditation can be procrastinative sometimes, as it is something out of your comfort zone and you might not recognize, how vital it is to be successful. 

We tend to curb it, because of our conditioning, belief system, and self imposed prison.

By success I mean, to reach the state of self-actualization. This stage arrives when you satisfy all your other need as basic as food,  clothing, social needs (friend family). self-esteem, reputation, recognition. Etc.

If you are planning to climb step after step, by performing everything immaculately you might get to your destination in the next 10-20 years. Get those excellent grades, top tier college, perfect partner, a house may be in your 30s and etc. 

This is only if you do everything flawlessly.

Isn’t 10 year period too much.

And we all are humans?

But there is a solution or a loophole I must say. How do you think ordinary people are doing not ordinary things ? We watch our Netflix shows not on Netflix sometimes

START BELIEVING YOURSELF ! 

It doesn’t matter on which stage you stand. 

Meditation can uplift you from your turmoil, break your belief system, improve your conditioning and heal you physically and mentally too. 

After getting a hold on your mind, there will be a paradigm shift. You’ll just start to know things. You’ll start to question things around and get answered in most magical ways.

You need to have clarity, in order to be prosperous, healthy and abundant 

Wrong conditioning or belief systems just deviate you from your path. It stops you from being creative, intelligent, intellectual and arrest you in your own mind. 

It is only you who can heal yourself and liberate your conscience from your mind jail. 

THINK CRITICALLY OF YOUR ACTIONS 

Our society does not want us to question things, that’s why we are not aware of the belief systems we are trapped in and it has made us docile.

There are a lot of myths permeating around the term meditation i.e. you have to practice it for 5-10 years to master this art and go to the jungle, sit under a tree, to have a monk’s wisdom. Also when you try to meditate your mind wanders and you think you should stop it as there is no use of sitting and letting all vain thoughts flutter.

 It’s really hard to let go.

There are more than 100 forms of meditation. Yoga, mindfulness, zen, reiki and heart fullness, even loving and showing kindness to somebody is a type of loving and kindness meditation.

I want y’all to know about meditation holistically so that you can choose yourself which form suits you, as we all differ, we have different needs and understanding of things.

Meditation simply is an energy, it works as a sedative for our body and soul. It operates in a deeper level. It aids to eradicate the disease from the root, unlike other allopathic or any different treatments. It is the only medicine that can heal all of your problems, be it mental or physical. It can help you to grow your superpowers too.

Meditation works on the science of vibrations. The higher you’ll vibrate, the more in tune you’ll get with the universe and your desires. We’ll talk about the law of vibration in another video.

Anything that raises your vibrations is meditation.

Now, without further ado let’s hop right  into the

IT ISN’T WONDERLAND BUT SMALL CONSISTENT EFFORTS : 

Do you suffer from social anxiety, self-doubt, self-image issue, or problems like procrastination, low creativity, low college grades?

 Meditation Helps Preserve the Aging Brain

A study from UCLA found that long-term meditators had better-preserved brains than

non-meditators as they aged. 

YALE UNIVERSITY : 

Recent research carried out at Yale University, found that mindfulness meditation decreases

activity in the default mode network (DMN), the brain network responsible for mind-wandering

and self-referential thoughts – a.k.a., “monkey mind.” The DMN is “on” or active when we’re

not thinking about anything in particular, when our minds are just wandering from thought to

thought. Since mind-wandering is typically associated with being less happy, ruminating, and

worrying about the past and future, it’s the goal for many people to dial it down. Several studies

have shown that meditation, through its quieting effect on the DMN, appears to do just this. And

even when the mind does start to wander, because of the new connections that form,

meditators are better at snapping back out of it.

A review study last year at Johns Hopkins looked at the relationship between mindfulness

meditation and its ability to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and pain. Researcher

Meditation May Lead to Volume Changes in Key Areas of the Brain In 2011, Sara Lazar and her

the team at Harvard found that mindfulness meditation can actually change the structure of the

brain: Eight weeks of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) was found to increase cortical

thickness in the hippocampus, which governs learning and memory, and in certain areas of the

a brain that plays roles in emotion regulation and self-referential processing. There were also

decreases in brain cell volume in the amygdala, which is responsible for fear, anxiety, and stress

– and these changes matched the participants’ self-reports of their stress levels, indicating that

meditation not only changes the brain, but it changes our subjective perception and feelings as

well. In fact, a follow-up study by Lazar’s team found that after meditation training, changes in

brain areas linked to mood and arousal were also linked to improvements in how participants

said they felt — i.e., their psychological well-being. 

TRAINING AND CONCENTRATION :

Having problems concentrating isn’t just a kid thing – it affects millions of grown-ups as well,

with an ADD diagnosis or not. Interestingly but not surprisingly, one of the central benefits of

meditation is that it improves attention and concentration: One recent study found that just a

a couple of weeks of meditation training helped people’s focus and memory during the verbal

reasoning section of the GRE. In fact, the increase in score was equivalent to 16 percentile

points, which is nothing to sneeze at. Since the strong focus of attention (on an object, idea, or

activity) is one of the central aims of meditation, it’s not so surprising that meditation should.

HOW TO MEDITATE ? 

I’ve divided this section, into 3 parts

1. Recognize

2. Realize

3. Relish

We all know how vital meditating is and so many people have illusions around this area, that you have to sit straight and focus on your breath and scrutinize and you expect that some mystical light will shower and magically take your all hardships away and bless you with superpowers.

Instead, your mind can’t stop wandering, and you simply cannot focus, you think of past, worry about the future, and try to combat your thoughts and focus on the breathing, but after 5-10 mins, your conscious mind commands you to stop. 

CAN YOU INFER A LITTLE ? 

That’s honestly tasteless.

Sitting and contemplating with awareness and no thoughts really takes time and only a master can accomplish it.

You really don’t need to be a master to reap the benefits of meditation and you can reach the state of tranquility within 21 days, with 100% guarantee, that, you have to follow some easy peasy steps, and a roadmap.

And you can be a master too, but it takes effort and time. 

You have to begin with small steps,  try to add some fun to it, by playing 432, or 528 Hz music or I’d suggest you try some guided meditation too, as there are plenty guided meditations available on YouTube.

Meditation is simply an art of being in the present moment, detoxing our bodies and mind, and connecting with our instinctive trait, to live our lives to the fullest, and we all are worthy of love, kindness, and everything we desire for our greatest good.

STEPS TO A BLISSFUL LIFE : 

I’ve some scientifically curated steps, by Dr. Joe Dispenza and many other metaphysical scientists.

So, without further ado let’s hop right into the step part

STEP 1: 

The first step is to recognize, discern what do you wish to work on, what do you desire, it can be anything health, money, a vintage villa, a partner, business, grades, or anything you need 

Now take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth and do as I say,  Again take a deep breath in and release fear, tension, stress as you breathe out through your mouth, let’s do it one more time, take a deep breath in and out through your mouth and think what are you looking for. 

Set your intentions, what do you expect ? 

Ask your higher self aka intuition to help you with the objective.

Ask it, unless you ask for what do you need help with, you’ll find it difficult to receive.

Write it on a paper or diary, whatever comes to your mind, let your mind wander. Let all the emotions, reflections come and let go.

For example, I wish to have the motivation to practice it daily to connect with myself and know the secrets of the universe and esoteric stuff. 

STEP 2 : 

We all are unique, and that’s why we need a process, which goes with our energy and system, in simple terms, we need a procedure that resonates with us, to amplify the experience.

There are numerous ways of meditating. it is imperative for us to know our learning style.

There are 3 types of learning-style

1. Auditory Learner —  Prefer to use listening and discussion to learn.

2. Visual Learner —  Prefer to use graphics, pictures, flow charts, graphs, etc. to learn.

3. Kinesthetic Learner — Prefer to use physical hands-on and practical activities to learn.

If you visualize better to learn, try mindfulness can or some directed meditation. If you are an auditory learner, guided meditation can do wonders for you. Kinesthetic learner can intensify their meditative experience by doing any physical activity like hatha yoga, or regular yoga.

If you are still baffled about which one to choose, ask for guidance, and explore the net.

You may start simply by focusing on your breathe and observing stuff around you.

And if you have any health issues, or you feel like you lack something, you can try energy or chakra healing.

The next step is really crucial for beginners and can enhance the experience of regular students too

STEP 3 : 

I”ll work on detoxifying your mind and body and this process will continue till the next 21 days to simply create a steady habit of relaxation and stability in your body and mind.

And for detoxification, I’ll use some guided meditation as it is easy to comprehend and practice.

After detoxification, you’ll get a deeper understanding of yourself and your desires. It’ll help you to make the right choices as you are more aware now and also, it’ll increase your brain capacity to accept and learn more. By detoxification you are emptying the vessel of your mind by removing unwanted heavy information.

ELEVATE YOUR EXPERIENCE TO DIVINITY : 

There are some essential steps to amplify your experience

1. Schedule a time, either do it as soon as you wake up or before bed.

I’d suggest you do it in the morning, as the mind is more fresh and calm in the dawn 

2. Make sure your space is quiet and no one can disturb you.

3. Dim your room’s light  (optional)

4. Light a candle (optional)

5. Journal – after every session, jot down your experience in the diary or your phone’s notepad. 

6. Practice gratitude, as it helps you to vibrate higher and bring more to your life.

7. The most important tip, by Dr. Joe Dispenza, before you start meditating, shake your sacral chakra.

The sacral chakra is located just below your navel area, it is considered to have the creative energy, and connected directly with our penal gland, which releases some hormones to enhance our meditative experience. And with regular 4-5 days practice, you’ll start noticing mesmerizing results!
